Dear Sir/Madam,
According to the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union of 27 April 2016 on the protection on natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) henceforth GDPR, I hereby inform that:

1. The Greater Poland Cancer Centre, an independent health care institution, with its registered seat in 61-866 Poznan 15 Garbary Street is the administrator of your personal data.
2. In all matters connected with data processing and your data protection you may contact Personal Data Inspector at daneosobowe@wco.pl
3. Your personal data is necessary to register on the portal journals.wco.pl.
4. Your personal data include: first name, last name, email address, username, affiliation, country of origin.
5. Your personal data will be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) (given consent) by selecting consent for data processing during registration.
6. If the Greater Poland Cancer Centre collects personal data directly from you, we hereby inform you that providing such data is voluntary, however it is a necessary condition to register at the journals.wco.pl portal.
7. You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, object it, delete it after meeting the conditions of article 17 of GDPR, limit processing after meeting the article 18 of GDPR, the right to transfer the data to another administrator, or if the processing is based on a consent then the right to withdraw the consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. 8. You also have the right to lodge a complaint to the Supervisory Authority, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, when you deem that the personal data processing violates the GDPR.
9. The Greater Poland Cancer Centre, in its capacity as an Administrator, takes care of data confidentiality. However, due to necessity to fulfil the processing or ensuring proper organisation of work, i.e., taking measurements or securing the data processing, the Administrator may disclose the data to entities with which it has concluded separate contracts for the provision of services; entities providing technical, IT, and oprganizastional solutions services, entities controlling or other entities authorised on the basis of provisions of the law.
10. Your personal data is not subject to automated decision making, including profiling.
11. Your personal data is not transferred to a Third Country/ international organisation i.e., outside the European Economic Area.
12. Your personal data will be stored until the time necessary to achieve the purpose referred to in point 3, taking into account the right to withdraw consent, archiving deadlines and pursuing possible claims.
