Czynniki wpływające na handel usługami - kierunki rozwoju branży usług biznesowych w Polsce

W ostatnich latach zarówno na świecie, jak i w Polsce dynamicznie wzrasta eksport przedsiębiorstw świadczących usługi związane z obsługą działalności gospodarczej, czyli usługi biznesowe. Mają one istotny udział w eksporcie usług ogółem. Badania empiryczne czynników wpływających na wielkość eksportu usług są mało rozwinięte ze względu na niekompletność danych statystycznych dotyczących handlu dwustronnego. Nowe źródła danych pozwalają wypełnić lukę w literaturze. Celem artykułu jest określenie czynników wpływających na eksport usług. Narzędziem wykorzystanym do takiej oceny jest model grawitacji. Ze względu na dostępność danych badanie empiryczne dotyczy lat 2000-2010. Informacje na temat dwustronnych przepływów handlowych pochodzą z bazy handlu usługami (TSD). W naszej analizie koncentrujemy się na eksporcie usług z jednego państwa, tj. Stanów Zjednoczonych, do UE-27 i innych 36 państw świata, dla których były dostępne dane. Oprócz zmiennych standardowo używanych w takich modelach, w tym badaniu uwzględniono również czynniki związane z ochroną własności intelektualnej. Określenie czynników determinujących handel usługami jest wstępem do rekomendacji, na które z nich należy zwrócić uwagę i próbować wpływać na ich kształtowanie, aby zapewnić długotrwały i stabilny wzrost segmentu usług biznesowych w Polsce oparty na eksporcie.Pobrania
