Status gospodarki rynkowej w polityce antydumpingowej Unii Europejskiej wobec Chin

Postępowanie antydumpingowe jest jednym z kluczowych narzędzi ochrony handlowej stosowanej przez Unię Europejską. W protokole akcesyjnym do WTO Chiny zgodziły się na pewne ograniczenia związane z ich członkostwem w tej organizacji, między innymi na piętnastoletni okres przejściowy na uznanie za gospodarkę rynkową. Okres ten skończył się w 2016 roku. W związku z tym Komisja Europejska stoi przed wyzwaniem przyjęcia nowej metody obliczania marginesów dumpingu przy imporcie z krajów, w których występują zakłócenia na rynku lub w których państwo ma dominujący wpływ na gospodarkę. Celem artykułu jest analiza postępowania dumpingowego UE z uwzględnieniem statusu gospodarki rynkowej dla Chin.Pobrania
