Narastająca złożoność, intensywność i nieprzewidywalność zmian zachodzących we współczesnym otoczeniu powoduje, że przedsiębiorstwa coraz częściej funkcjonują w warunkach niepewności. To z kolei zmusza je do kształtowania i rozwijania dynamicznych zdolności, pozwalających im identyfikować szanse w otoczeniu oraz je wykorzystywać poprzez odpowiednią rekonfigurację zasobów. Przy użyciu metody analizy i krytyki piśmiennictwa w opracowaniu podjęto rozważania na temat ambidexterity jako zdolności dynamicznej, pozwalającej zrównoważyć działania eksploracyjne i eksploatacyjne, która staje się predestynacją dla przedsiębiorstw działających w niepewnym otoczeniu.Pobrania
